My Approach
I am a qualified Social Worker with additional training in Counselling, Positive Psychology and Business and Management. I use my lived experience to encourage and affirm those with stories similar to my own, and help make schools, workplaces and communities more inclusive for all.

I am passionate about ensuring my practice is evidence based and trauma informed. I work from a Neurodiversity affirming perspective, meaning that I see differences in neurology as a natural and essential asset to communities. I am committed to continuing to learn from those whose experiences differ from my own, and work hard to deeply understand the context of the individuals, workplaces and communities I work with.
About Me
Hi! I'm Mel. I am a non-binary Social Worker who is passionate about inclusion, equality and wellbeing. I was 33 when I learned that I'm also an Autistic ADHDer. I am passionate about inclusion and diversity, and supporting wellbeing through an appreciative lens.

I am a parent, runner and lover of a good snack, and I enjoy getting to know people and their unique strengths and stories.
